This is
a 16 x 24 picture. I painted the roses on a porcelain tile and
a friend framed it for me.

Porcelain
eggs are quick & fun to paint and can be displayed year around.
|
Most of
my china painted pieces were done on bought white china, but
I poured and fired these two vases.
|
These were
so much fun to do!
|
This was
enhanced with enamel after I china painted it.
|
These tiny
little boxes were done with china paint decals and burgundy paint
added. The inside has a matching rose design in the bottom.
|
I painted
the inside and Handel and rims of these pitchers with pink glaze.
I high fired them and then china painted the roses.
|
 |
These are
a few of the cup & saucer sets I china painted.
|
This is
a left handed lemonade pitcher.
|
I painted
one for myself and one for our left handed son, Tony, and his
wife, Lisa.
|
This is
one of my favorite pieces.
|
These were
the first two plates I painted.
|
These are
in my kitchen.
|
I was learning
to paint grapes with this one.
|
I painted
this one during a china painting seminar.
|
This was
an early one.
|
A wonderful
teacher of mine, LaFon, painted this lamp for me. I commissioned
her to paint three more.
|
This was
one of the first ones I China Painted.
|
I commissioned
an artist, Kay Houston,
to paint
this plate for me. She does a wonderful job!
|
I bought
this LaFon Mason plate in her Estate Sale.
|
This is
the top of one of the lamps LaFon painted for me.
|
This is
one of our old painting classes. LaFon is the one in green. She
was a wonderful teacher. We always told her she had a magic brush.
|
This was
part of the china painting group at the Mineola Art league after
LaFon passed away.
